We got the results back from our standardized testing, and both boys did well. Russell tested well above average as usual, but not as well as in the past.He slipped from an overall 92nd percentile to 85th percentile. I think it is just laziness. The big good news was Zekes testing. Last year Zeke had slipped slightly below 50th percentile with several areas as low as 30's. I was hoping that homeschooling him would help turn his performance around. This year his overall performance was 75th percentile. YEAH!!!Zeke was so excited. He said to me "See I told you I was listening" LOL
Something funny from toddler speak. Driving down the road a couple days ago and we passed a hotel. Caden said "I go to Sleep Store". I guess we have stayed in hotels so much lately that he has developed his own concept of what they are. It kind of reminded me of when he named his pacifier "Bite". He seems to be a very literal child.

Way to go, Zeke!! That is so awesome!!
I was sick reading about Russell's bike. Grrr. I am so sorry. And like you said, totally weird that they would just steal a bike.
I'm still not sure about Friday after we come back. Everyone was pretty fried after getting here, so I just don't know if they will be up for another big day so soon. Or maybe they'll be used to it all by then, and the drive back won't faze them . . . We're still thinking about it all. We're having a great time though--fishing tomorrow!
