What's New?

We had our second week of Football games, and lost horribly in both games. Russell did play awesome and it was a fun game to watch despite the teams loss.

Olivia had her appointment with the ENT otherwise no as the Ortholarangologist. Come to find out it you have the "procedure" for tongue tie done early then it can be done in the office at a fraction of the cost. It took about 30 seconds in the office and cost less than $100 (Caden's was 2 appointments, all day in the hospital, sedation etc. . . $2000 out of pocket). She is already eating much better and more. I would say it was a success because despite her tongue tie being minor it seemed to be a real bother to her.

I have cleaned out almost the entire office this week. It looks so much better. I still have a bit to do, but hopefully it will be done in the next day or so. I also finally got fed up enough with my kitchen cabinets that I decided to do some minor cost free kitchen remodeling. I will have to post before and after pictures eventually, but not tonight. I only have the doors to paint in Olivia's room, and then Chris can finish the floor and assemble hr bed. She is moving so much now that it is really time to put her into a crib not a cradle. Especially since she has not gotten up in the middle of the night for over a month.

Zeke's birthday is TOMORROW. He will be eight years old. He is so excited. I am going to try to make a nice cake for him. I feel challenged after seeing all the cakes my friend Claire makes for her kids. He is getting a NASCAR cake and his present is getting to go to the races on the 6th in Richmond. Russell also got him a game for his gameboy and I bought him a little something so that he could actually open a couple of presents. Grandma got him a book, and his father is sending him some money. So, it should be a pretty big 8th birthday.
