Today was a really good day. We all slept in a little later than usual and then spent much of the day mowing the yard and doing laundry. I know, it doesn't sound like fun, but then we went to the party. It was such a good time.
We got to Claire's house a bit late, and everyone se was already there.It was an olympic theme. They gave all the kids flags to wear. The kids all ran relay races, and played really hard. Caden played a lot by himself, and Olivia smiled a lot. Olivia got a lot of attention from all the mothers and she loved every minute of it. We also discovered that, while she absolutely hates her bouncuy chair, she loves the one at Claires house. Anyway, during dinner Claire asked a lot of Olympic trivia. I learned a lot of interesting things. - would have to say, it was the most fun I have had at a party in a long time.
We finally had to leave because Caden had a total breakdown. The party was a huge success as far as we are concerned. Kudos to Claire.
