Tomorrow is the big day. Chris will be home tomorrow evening. The kids are really excited. We are trying to get the house and yard in some sort of order --hahaha. Anyway, He will be taking a couple days off from work when he gets home. It will be so nice to have help with the kids for a couple days. I am also excited about the prospect of getting a couple more of the rooms in the house finished since I will have time to organize them while he "beats back" the kids. There is a rather large furniture item that we never got around to moving upstairs before he left. Now, when we get that upstairs I can get the bonus room organized into a room that is actually usable for something other than hiding a great big mess. On Thursday, Chris gets to go down to the meet the midwife with me for my appointment. Then, we are hopefully going to go visit with some friends afterwards. This, weekend Chris gets to watch the boys play football for the first time this year. Zeke's team is playing a team they have already beaten and Russell team is playing a team they should be able to beat. I am hopeful that with Chris there we might both be able to actually watch Caden and some of Russell's game.
Speaking of football. . . Zeke's team went into the first overtime game of the season this weekend. They were tied 20-20 and although they scored first, they missed the extra point and the other team didn't. So, they lost 27-26. It was a good game. Then, Russell's team finally actually put points on the board for the first time all season. Not only did they score but they scored 2 times. Yeah. Of course the other team scored 4 times so they won but it was still fun to watch.
